Henry was incredibly patient and professional throughout the whole service call. Our garage door was jerking every time it opened, and he carefully adjusted the tension and balance until everything worked properly again.

Apex Garage Pro helped us replace an old damaged panel instead of changing the entire garage door. Henry matched the color perfectly and saved us a lot compared to a full replacement. The door looks great again

I honestly can’t thank Henry enough.

At 9:30 PM, in a complete panic and desperation, I called his wife — who is actually my client — and she answered immediately. Within just 15 minutes, Henry and his wife were already at my house checking the garage door damage.

Not only did they calm me down and assess everything right away, but Henry immediately ordered the necessary parts, and by the very next morning everything was fully repaired and working perfectly again.

The speed, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care I experienced were absolutely unbelievable. In a situation that felt like a disaster to me, Henry made the entire process stress-free and handled everything so quickly and professionally.

It’s so rare to find people who truly care and show up for you like this — especially late at night. I’m beyond grateful.

If anyone ever needs garage door repair, I recommend Henry 1000%. Truly exceptional service and incredible people. Thank you again so much!

Henry was fantastic! He noticed my door was off track while fixing my neighbor’s door and came over to introduce himself and ask if I’d like an estimate. I’d been putting off the repair assuming it would be expensive. Henry was able to do a complete repair without replacing any major parts and the cost was a fraction of what I expected it to be. He came back the very next morning and everything was working perfectly in just over an hour. I’m so glad I found this company and will definitely use them for any garage door needs in the future!

Henry from Apex Garage Pro did an amazing job replacing our broken spring. He arrived on time, worked fast, and the price was fair. The door is quieter now than it’s ever been. Great experience overall.

I had a great experience with Apex Garage Pro. Henry showed up exactly when he said he would and fixed our garage door that wouldn’t close all the way. He worked fast, explained the issue clearly, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely saving their number for the future.

We’ve used Apex Garage Pro twice now and both experiences were fantastic. This time Henry replaced worn rollers and tuned up the entire garage door. It’s much quieter and smoother now. Great customer service and honest work every time

We had an issue with our garage door not closing all the way and Henry came out the same day. He explained exactly what was wrong, fixed it quickly, and even checked the whole system before leaving. Super professional and honest. Definitely recommend Apex Garage Door.
